Platform Fee & Fee for Other Services

NRI Cell is a platform owned by De Jure Legal Tech Pvt. Ltd. De Jure charges an advance payment fee of USD $99 for initiating all cases. This fee includes:

• Finding and assigning a dedicated lawyer who is an expert in the area of your litigation. We interview tens of lawyers before finalizing the best one for you.
• Initial legal consultation with the lawyer.
• Signing the service agreement that binds the lawyer with us and yourself for honest and best effort representation.
• Signing of Vakalatnama, assisting in documentation, and tracking of case.
• Assignment of professional if the dispute goes into resolution through mediation.
• Tracking and engaging the lawyer if the lawyer is not responding to your queries or any other requests.
