The Sites and Apps along with the materials and services of NRI cell are included in these Terms and conditions.

• You may elect to register with us in order to receive communications from us, such as our weekly newsletter and avail other legal services provided by De Jure LegalTech .De Jure LegalTech reserves the right to refuse a registration request for any reason. You may not provide false information during the registration process. You should not reveal your password to other users. The NRI cell will not ask you to reveal your password. If you forget your password, you can request to have a new password sent to your registered e-mail address or number. If you believe content on the Site or Services is offensive or violates your rights, please contact us via the Contact page.
• You agree that the information you provide us with when you use the site will be true and complete and that you will keep it true and complete.
• We reserve the right at any time to charge for access to the Site or Services. You will receive advance notice of any fees and may cancel your account at any time. You are responsible for all relevant fees and taxes.

• You are responsible to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf through NRI Cell. You are responsible for any taxes along with your transactions wherever applicable. Our confirmation of payment through email does not constitute our acceptance of payment, or our confirmation of committing to any of NRI Cell services.In case of a failed transaction the user shall have no right to claim the amount.
